Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Our herbs, wellness pathways, and ritual items are prepared in small batches and are intended for personal use. For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and make it right where appropriate.
